Product Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced mechanical engineer with an innovative mindset to join our growing R&D team, collaborating on product structural design and performance optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the structural design and optimization of instrumentation products, ensuring they meet functional, strength, and manufacturing process requirements.

· Complete 3D modeling, drawing design, and assembly; formulate structural design schemes and processes.

· Participate in material selection and structural analysis to ensure product safety, stability, and environmental adaptability.

· Conduct simulation analysis and testing to validate and optimize product designs.

· Troubleshoot structural issues in production and assembly, providing technical support.

· Coordinate with project teams to complete the overall process from design to production and create related technical documents.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, structural engineering, or related fields.

· At least 3 years of experience in product structural design in instrumentation or related fields.

· Proficiency in 3D design software (such as SolidWorks, Pro/E, AutoCAD) and related simulation tools.

· Knowledge of structural optimization and material mechanics, capable of structural strength, modal, and thermal analysis.

· Familiarity with common manufacturing processes (such as sheet metal, CNC machining) and experience in mass production design and optimization.

· Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit, with attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in project management covering the entire process from design to mass production is preferred.

· Familiarity with waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof design standards for instrumentation is preferred.
