Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing and developing optical imaging systems, including optical path design, system debugging, and performance optimization.
Model and simulate optical imaging systems, analyze image quality, and propose improvement solutions.
Select and integrate optical components (such as lenses, filters, light sources) to ensure systems meet application requirements.
Participate in optical testing and calibration, analyze test results, and improve designs.
Coordinate with the R&D team to transition from prototype design to mass production.
Prepare relevant technical documents, ensuring optical systems meet company quality and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in optical engineering, physics, electronic engineering, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in optical imaging system design and development, with an understanding of imaging principles.
Proficiency in optical design software (such as Zemax, Code V, TracePro) with simulation and debugging capabilities.
Familiarity with common optical components and their characteristics, capable of assembling and debugging optical systems.
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, able to respond and resolve system faults promptly.
Good communication and coordination skills, with strong teamwork spirit.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in specific industry applications (such as medical or industrial inspection) of optical imaging systems.
Familiarity with laser system design or microscopic imaging system development is a plus.
