· Induction Heating Coil: Five types corresponding to different conductor specifications:

  1. Φ15mm, corresponds to Φ5–10mm (16–70mm²)

  2. Φ25mm, corresponds to Φ12.5–17.5mm (95–185mm²)

  3. Φ35mm, corresponds to Φ17.5–26mm (240–400mm²)

  4. Φ45mm, corresponds to Φ26–37mm (400–800mm²)

  5. Φ65mm, corresponds to Φ40–55mm(<2000mm²)

· Preheater with Encoder: Automatically measures the line speed. Output power variation automatically follows the change in line speed, thus achieving constant temperature control of the conductor.

· Equipped with Temperature Sensor:Automatically maintains the actual measured temperature consistent with the set value.
